The Zip Dashboard is your central hub for managing everything related to your Zip merchant account.
What You Can Do in the Dashboard

Logging in
When your business is onboarded with Zip, an email will be sent to your nominated authorised contact with a link to set your password and access your Dashboard.
To help keep your business secure, Zip has two-step verification (2SV) as an extra layer of protection on the Merchant Dashboard.
This feature helps protect sensitive data and ensures that only authorised users can access your account. While currently optional, we highly recommend enabling 2SV to enhance your account security. This feature will be available to all merchants by December 2025.
Login issues
If you’re having trouble logging in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard, try the following steps to get back online quickly.
Step 1: Check Your Login Details
- Make sure you’re using the same email address you registered with Zip.
- Look for your original Welcome Email from Zip — this was sent to your nominated authorised contact when your account was set up.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
- Go to merchant.zip.co
- Click ‘Forgot Your Password’.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for a reset password link (this may take up to 10 minutes). If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folders.
- Follow the prompts in the email to set a new password and log in.
Tip: The password reset link expires after 24 hours. If it doesn’t open correctly, try using a different browser or device.
Step 3: Troubleshoot Common Login Issues
If you still can’t access your Dashboard, try the following:
- Clear your browser’s cookies and cache (check your browser’s Help section for instructions).
- Use a different browser — we recommend Google Chrome for the best experience.
- Open a private/incognito window and try logging in again.
- Switch devices to rule out hardware or software issues.
