To complete an order:
Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
Click Search Orders.
Locate the order under the Authorised tab, or search for it using the search bar.
Select Actions>Complete, and enter the amount you’d like to process.
Click Complete Order to finalise the transaction.
Note:
If you’re not completing the full amount, you’ll need to cancel the remaining balance once the partial payment has been processed.
Once completed, the order will appear as Completed on the customer’s account, and their interest free period will begin.
You can view the order in your dashboard under Completed or Partially Completed.
Important:
Any uncaptured Zip orders will automatically expire after 3 or 9 months, depending on the Zip product used during authorisation.
Once you capture an amount on the order, the customers repayments will automatically begin. Please keep this in mind when capturing a portion of the order total.
