If you’ve sent an order for a customer to start a new Zip application, you can track its progress from your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
To view customer applications:
Click the Customer Search tab on the dashboard homepage.
Use the search bar to locate a specific customer application, or filter results by status from the panel on the left.
Important information
The customer name will only appear once the customer has entered it during their Zip application process.
What does the purple icon mean?
If you see a purple icon next to an order, it means an action can be taken.
This usually indicates that a customer application is still in progress.
You can send a push notification to remind the customer — however, this can only be done once per day.
