You can process refunds directly through your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
To refund an order:
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
- Click Search Orders.
- Use the search bar to locate the order you’d like to refund.
- Select Actions>Refund.
- Enter either the partial or full amount to refund and add any notes if needed.
- Click Refund Order to finalise the process.
Once submitted, the refund amount will be instantly returned to the customer’s Zip account available balance.
You can view the transaction under the Refunded tab in your dashboard.
Note: If you don’t see the Refund option under the Actions tab, your account may not have the required access level.
