In the Zip Merchant Dashboard, you can enable notifications to receive email alerts when a customer application status changes, an order is updated, or an order is about to expire.
To set up notifications:
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
- Go to Settings>Notifications.
- Choose your preferred notification options based on order status or customer application updates.
- Click Save — your notifications will begin immediately.
Please Note: Notification settings are specific to the email address used to log in to your Dashboard.
If you don’t receive notification emails, check your junk or spam folder.
