• Full name, address, and contact info

• Valid ID (Driver Licence or Passport) for verification

The application process

1. Apply online — complete the application form in minutes.
2. Assessment — our Accounts Team will review your details within 3 business days.
3. Approval — if successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer and a Merchant Services Agreement (MSA) to sign.
4. Onboarding — Zip will provide integration support and training for your Zip Merchant Dashboard and POS or e-commerce setup.
