In rare cases, payments may need to be reversed — for example, if a refund is processed after a disbursement and no future orders offset it.
By approving the Direct Debit Request, you authorise Zip to debit your account for any amounts owed under your Merchant Services Agreement (MSA).
This only occurs when an amount remains outstanding for more than 30 days.
