You can download or receive CSV reports from your Zip Merchant Dashboard to help with reconciliation.
These reports include key details like order date and time, a line-by-line breakdown of fees and tax, and payment references.
You can choose to either:
Receive automated reports on a set schedule, or
Generate custom reports for a specific date range (up to 3 months).
Set up scheduled reports
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
- Go to Settings>Disbursements.
- Under Report Schedule, choose how often you’d like to receive reports — daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Click Save to confirm your preference.
Note: Reports are sent to the same email address used to log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
If you don’t receive a report on the expected day, check your junk or spam folder.
Generate a custom CSV report
To create a disbursement report for any period up to 3 months:
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
- Go to Settings>Disbursements.
- Under Generate CSV Report, select your preferred date range.
- Click Create.
- Once the report is ready, click Download.
If you need a report covering a period longer than 3 months, please contact our team and include the date range required. We’ll generate the report for you.
