If you need to update your settlement bank account details, you can do this directly through your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
Before you get started
For security reasons, we need to complete a few verification checks before making any changes to your settlement details.
To help speed up this process, make sure you have the correct bank statement ready.
You’ll need to upload a PDF copy of the bank statement for the account you’d like your funds distributed to.
The statement must clearly show:
The bank’s logo
The account name
The BSB number
The account number
Having the right document ready will help us verify your details quickly. If the information is unclear or incomplete, your request may be delayed, and our team may contact you to confirm your details.
How to update your details
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, select Settings>Account.
- Under Business Information, click Update Details.
- Select either 'Banking Details Only' or 'Both Business and Banking Details' from the drop down menu
- Fill out the form with your new bank details
Upload a PDF copy of your bank statement for the account you’d like your funds distributed to.
Please Note: Until your update has been reviewed and confirmed, any new purchases will continue to be paid and invoiced to the existing bank account on file.
Updating your business information will apply the change across all branches and websites registered under the same ABN.
