If you have additional store locations you’d like to link to your existing Zip merchant account, you can request this directly through your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, select Settings>Account.
- Under Branch Information, click Add new branch.
- Choose whether you’re adding a merchant or franchise branch.
- Complete the form with the relevant branch details and submit.
Once submitted, we’ll create a new branch (or branches) and set up a separate dashboard user for each.
Important: Make sure you complete the correct form so payments are sent to the right entity.
Please Note: If your new store operates under a different business entity (e.g. a new website and ABN), you’ll need to apply for a separate merchant account. You can start a new application here.
