How do I add another branch to my business?

If you have additional store locations you’d like to link to your existing Zip merchant account, you can request this directly through your Zip Merchant Dashboard.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Settings>Account.
3. Under Branch Information, click Add new branch.
4. Choose whether you’re adding a merchant or franchise branch.
5. Complete the form with the relevant branch details and submit.

Once submitted, we’ll create a new branch (or branches) and set up a separate dashboard user for each.

Important: Make sure you complete the correct form so payments are sent to the right entity.

Please Note: If your new store operates under a different business entity (e.g. a new website and ABN), you’ll need to apply for a separate merchant account. You can start a new application here.
