To help customers find your business easily on the Zip Store Directory, you’ll need to set up your store profile to help customers find you on the Zip Website and App.
Please note: You’ll need Admin or Marketing Manager access to upload your business details through your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
Store Profile
Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard
Go to Marketing>Store Categories

Enter the required information about your business and upload your images for a store tile:
Logo image: Can be any colour (white logos turn black, black logos remain black, colourful logos stay colourful). Use a .png or .svg file with a transparent background
Background image: Choose an image that best represents your brand and helps customers find your store
Click Submit once complete.
Store Categories
- Switch to the 'store categories' tab
Select up to 3 primary categories and up to 30 subcategories that best fit your business
Click Save.
Once you’ve submitted your details, our team will review and confirm them. You’ll receive a confirmation email when this is complete.
Your store profile will appear in the directory after your first successful Zip transaction. Please allow up to 24 hours for the directory to update once this occurs.
